For the dark chocolate lover, Guylian artisanal extra dark Belgian chocolate truffles are feature a 74% dark cocoa shell. Each truffle is then filled with our Signature Dark Hazelnut Filling. Like the original recipe of Guy & Liliane, we start by slow roasting and caramelizing fresh Mediterranean hazelnuts in small-batch copper kettles and then finely crushing and blending them with dark & decadent Belgian dark chocolate. This signature recipe is made exclusively by Guylian’s master chocolatiers in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium.
